About Dr. Naomi
Dr. Naomi Namanya Tumweboneire is the Executive Director and Founder of Novella Creatives, a passionate Life Therapist and Educationist dedicated to helping individuals discover their purpose and live fulfilled lives.
Her passion for understanding human potential and personal purpose led her to conduct groundbreaking research into Uganda’s education system. Her findings revealed that many graduates pursue academic and professional paths that do not necessarily align with their passions, strengths, or sense of purpose. Many lack the guidance and tools needed to identify and connect with their unique purpose — their Divine Mandate.
Recognising the need for a more purposeful approach to education and personal development, Dr. Naomi brought together like-minded experts to guide and support individuals in discovering their “unique selves.” Through this work, Novella Creatives seeks to help people better understand who they are, identify their purpose, and align their personal development and training with appropriate opportunities and available resources.
Her work sits at the intersection of purpose discovery, education, personal development, and life fulfilment, with a commitment to empowering individuals to make informed choices about their lives, education, and future.
